Smart Group Maker offers two distinct views tailored to your workflow: the visual and intuitive "Canvas View," and the data-centric "Tabular View." You can switch between them seamlessly at any point during editing, allowing for highly efficient data management.

Switch between views easily using the toggle button located in the upper left corner of the screen.

• Canvas View

  Freely arrange and interact with members and groups, just like moving sticky notes on a physical whiteboard. Instantly grasp key information at a glance, such as group capacities and the specific types assigned to each member. Export your final group layouts as clear visual diagrams that mirror real-world venues or table arrangements.

  

• Tabular View

  Manage all your members, groups, and attributes in one centralized, spreadsheet-style list format. Input and edit large volumes of data rapidly using convenient keyboard navigation and shortcuts. Export data as a CSV file to ensure smooth and seamless integration with other external applications.
