Groups
Groups represent the teams, classes or tables (clusters of seats) where members are allocated.
Group Properties
Name
Number of Members (Seats)
Minimum Required Number
If the total number of seats across groups exceeds the number of members (i.e., there are surplus seats), setting this value ensures that at least this many members will be assigned to that group.
Example: Suppose there are 12 members and three groups, A, B, and C, each with a capacity of 5 members — 15 seats in total.
Case Example Result Without a minimum required number set 4 members each in A, B, and C With a minimum required number of 5 set only for Group A 5 members in A, 4 in B, 3 in C Depending on your configuration, the resulting member distribution may not exactly match the specified settings.
Layout (Rows x Columns)
